Planning a wedding from afar can be overwhelming. With almost 10 years of experience, we simplify the process for you. Our expertise ensures seamless communication with vendors and smooth navigation of local nuances.
We start with a detailed conversation and questionnaire to understand your needs, budget, and vision, and provide unlimited communication throughout the planning journey.
To keep you organized, we offer a customized wedding planning checklist, manage your budget and payment schedules, and create a comprehensive timeline, allowing you to fully enjoy your special day with your guests.

Elegant Design
We love diving into the unique traits of each couple to craft a truly elegant wedding design. Our goal is to weave in family traditions, cultural elements, and personal touches into every detail, no matter how small. By blending your vision with our signature “Nancy Meyers” aesthetic, we create a personalized design presentation just for you.
This includes curating your invitation suite, signage, floral and cake designs, tabletop settings, linen and furniture rentals, and lighting options. We also design detailed floor plans and layouts for every event moment.
Our ultimate aim is for your guests to be awestruck from the moment they receive their save-the-date to the final farewell, thinking, “This was so them!”

Wedding Day Execution
Our team will be onsite throughout your wedding weekend to ensure everything runs smoothly. We’ll stay by your side, coordinating with your wedding party, keeping an eye on the timeline, and managing any delays so you can remain stress-free. We handle guest transportation, venue setup and transformation, ceremony and tabletop décor, and the styling of your invitation suite and day-of paper goods for the photographer. From start to finish, we manage all aspects of the wedding weekend so you can focus on celebrating with the love of your life.

Haley's attention to detail is beyond amazing! Our wedding took place in the Texas hill country, and we wanted to transform our venue into a romantic garden with a Bridgerton vibe, but we didn't know where to begin. It only took Haley a couple weeks to come up with an incredible design. The design was outstanding, but what made it unique was the little details in every thing- ceremony, cocktail party, venue, bridesmaids! My favorite one was having all my bridesmaids carry a different type of bouquet. It looked unique, classy, beautiful! She's not afraid to play with design. Ask for florals, patterns, anything... and she will create a beautiful design for your wedding.

I can’t recommend Haley enough! Seriously, my only regret was not finding her sooner! We met towards the end of wedding planning and Haley was able to take everything I had already and perfect it and make things run so smoothly! My wedding had over 800 guests and it was raining and messy outside, but if something wasn’t perfect I still to this day don’t know it because Haley was that good! My now husband and I also lost 2 very important people the week before the day; an uncle and grandpa and Haley became a friend and listening ear in that time of need, which is all I needed during that time.
